We outsource many of our jobs to India or insource them to H1Bs so “what difference does it make”? 20-30 million jobs in those fields lost to Americans but so what?
If their quality is anything like most of the outsourced work I’ve seen I could hope they replace the primary for der Fuehrer as quickly as possible.

Lots of people ve woken up and discovered outsourcing s a lot less upside tan they thought. Like having to do the work over again here.

The S-92 was always planned as internationally manufactured airframe
But original the cabin was to be made in Japan by Mitsubishi
Now it's India by Tata

Lockheed has been supplying our government with overpriced junk for decades. I’m sure the quality will be even worse being built in India. The defense department procurement system is rotten to the core.

We said the same thing about Japanese quality for years - and then Sony and Honda became by-words for quality. We said the same thing about Korean quality for years - and now Samsung is the hottest brand in consumer electronics and Kia and Hyundai are big sellers in the US. We've been saying the same thing about Chinese quality, and they're undergoing the same evolution from "junk" to "industry leaders". I suppose it'll be the Indians' turn next. We surrender our industrial and manufacturing capacity to other countries, sneer at their lack of quality and then watch them leave us behind, while we continue to lead the world in reality TV shows and social media businesses which continue to destroy the concept of individual privacy.
Proof the Hindus own Zero.
This regime sucks ass.

A conservative ventures an idea that would be okay in conservative hands but a nightmare in liberal hands. He gets enthusiastic bipartisan support for it and whoopee! Then regimes change and the nightmare begins.

The US president is perhaps the most protected person in the world, and appropriately, the Tata-made aluminum and metal cabin may be reinforced with Kevlar and strong composite materials. An application where it really would look like the requirement is quality uber alles, a drop in the budgetary bucket, and what do they do. If this can't be done in America then it ought to be done somewhere like Japan. India?? Do not understand.

Until those wonderful income taxes appeared, the US budget was based on tariffs — thanks for educating us as to how old fashioned that is.
