Unless you were actually there, your opinion means nothing (as history is being re-written everytime you turn around).

The wind speed indicator where Camille made landfall BROKE at 210 on the beach. All the ‘new” tech is based on computer programs which are only as good as the programmer.

I actaally saw a show where they TRIED to downgrade Camiile to a Cat 3, and there are shows that say Betsy came no where near New Orleans.

Those of us alive at the time, and living on the Gulf actually know better.
