You seem to have forgotten about Ike but many of us are still dealing with the massive property damage of that one. Katrina posed a different kind of problem for the general Houston area in that it greatly increased supporters of Sheila Jackson Lee. Easier to repair damage caused by Ike than that caused by Katrina immigrants.
Envirowacko heads are exploding. They were really counting on this, The Big One, to pimp their “climate change” hoax and scam. Patricia turned out to be a Patty. Oh well. They’ll get over it.

It wasn’t as real storm unless Jim Cantore was there in waders.
it’s not just GW/GC/CC, it’s also a chance to make us all feel bad for Mexico and Mexicans, particularly those who have invaded our country. It PV had been wiped off the map, the media would play it 24/7 until all Mexicans everywhere were venerated saints and anyone who criticized them were basically Nazis.

Right you are. I guess I sort of lump Katrina and Ike together, since they happened relatively close together in time. But I think what I said is mostly true, with respect to the calamitous predictions of the warmists.

Ah, but now hurricanes have been around for millennia and their absence IS due to climate change. Proof positive that the world is about to shrivel and die. Global warming, climate change... what difference, at this point, does it MAKE?
