MARTHA MACCALLUM, FNC: What is the mind-set at this point? When you look at these numbers and you have Carson and Trump trading spots at least according to one national poll for first and second, what we're looking at, but you know these other folks who everybody thought were strong, deep bench of the Republican Party are just mired, they're not getting anywhere at all, Karl? Does anything change that.

KARL ROVE: Well, sure there is and you see it in the poll this morning. I agree with what Chris Stirewalt said earlier this is one poll. You shouldn't sort of say Trump is in second place, but there is an interesting number in there reflected in other recent polls. Seven out of 10 people in the "CBS /New York Times poll" say it's too early to make a decision.

Maybe not. Maybe he is remembering how much conservatives disliked Dole, McCain, & Romney but still voted for them. He may not realize that people are so disgusted that this time, if the GOPe somehow manages to put forth a nominee that is liberal, I think maybe people may well say, NO MORE, let the Dems win. In either case, I don’t think he cares which side wins since both parties belong to the Uniparty and get to continue the “game”.

I am not stuck on voting for anyone right now—but I am definitely stuck on not voting for Bush in the primary. I can pretty nuch guaran-damn-tee that won’t change unless Great Cthulhu enters the GOP nominating race and eats all the other candidates.
