Tonight, the Republican candidates for President will debate in Boulder, Colorado. Millions of people are expected to watch, and ratings will break records thanks to Donald Trump.
But Rev. Franklin Graham, the son of famous Rev. Billy Graham, just reminded us what is REALLY important about the debate tonight: America, as a nation, must turn our hearts to the Almighty God.
No matter who wins the GOP nomination, remembering the Christian principles of Americans founding is essential. Rev. Graham reminded us of Psalm 86:5, which says, For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.
This post from Rev. Graham is going viral! This is incredible

Think for a moment how great this nation could be if everyone knew and loved the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my rock and my salvation.

Setting aside the nature of the Graham statement, because I think we all agree it was a very good one, let’s look at election dynamics.
Does this add to Carson’s support?
While I like the idea of Graham saying what he did, I honestly think it would be better for Christians in this nation if Trump were elected.
There are things going on today that we either put an end to, or our nation will fall.
Trump is the guy that grasps that.
I do not think that is true when it comes to Carson.
If Graham’s words were to get Carson nominated, I think it would be very unfortunate.
Christians can sometimes be helped more by a good honest Philistine, when it’s own government is corrupt.
