Did you see all the people at the last Carson campaign rally?
Have you ever seen a Carson campaign rally?
Talk about a stealth candidate. What's up with that?

Exactly. The Trump supports are tactless, rude, juvenile, and just plain mean.
I WILL NOT vote for Trump. Never said it before, but if that means Hillary wins, I really don’t give a care.
After all, Trump is buddies with her anyway.

Is there a Donald Trump ping list?
I’d love to be on it if there is.

If you want to know Trump’s positions then read his books, it all there for you to take in.
Carson may be nice guy but does not have the real world experience Trump does.

Maybe I read it wrong but I could have sworn it had Jeb up to 10 percent.

‘Trumpkin.’ Nice. Snark with plausible deniability. Very dishonest.
Cruz supporters crawl all over Trump threads calling his supporters idiots, morons, liberals, mindless, and worse. They call Trump a sleazebag, a celebutard and worse. They relentlessly represent his past as his present. That is a lie. Saying, for example, that he used to be a Dem is true. Saying he is currently a Dem is a lie—yet I’ve seen it posted hundreds of times.
The one thing I’ve never seen is any Cruz supporter advising fellow Cruz supporters to tone it down. They prefer to pile on, and attack in packs.

Trump has only very recently claimed to be pro gun, pro life and anti Obamacare. In the past he supported a ban on âassault weaponsâ a 72 hour waiting period on all gun purchases and a blasted the GOP for opposing reasonable restrictions on guns and following the NRA line.
Trump has laid out position papers on the Second Amendment. It is sound. It is backed by Conservative people. He is a lifetime memeber of the NRA and has been for three to five years. He also has a concealed carry license in the state of New York and does carry from time to time. His sons are hunters and he credits them for helping him on this issue. interview
He was âpro-choiceâ until recently and supported a womanâs right to a PARTIAL BIRTH abortion. Now he claims he is pro life a position he conveniently switched to in 2011 when he thought about running for the Republican nomination.
Trump was personally against partial birth abortion in 2000. He didn't think he had the right to tell women what to do. That's not supporting partial birth abortion. It's refusing to dictate to others what they should do. It indicates that he is cognisant of individual rights. Today he views himself to be pro-life. Trump discusses a conversation he had with a friend. His male friend had not wanted his child at first, but his wife refused to have an abortion. The man now dotes on the kid and cried in front of Trump as he told him this story of how he came to be, and how happy he was that he was born. Here's an interview from April of 2011. In it he references having change his mind on abortion "a number of years ago". So it wasn't a convenient change in 2011 after all. interview
He called for nationalized, single payer health care in his book. Even in the past couple of months he has praised such systems in other countries. But he claims to be against Obamacare.
The book was published in January of 2000. Next year that will be 80% of two decades ago. Although Trump has repeated that support over the years, he is hawking a private sector replacement to Obamacare. It involves lowering state lines so Insurance companies can compete nationwide. It involves competition, lower cost policies, and a proliferation of different types of policies. This is the farthest thing from Obamcare. It is the exact opposite of heading to single payer. It's heading to exponentially more payers. This late in the game you don't know what Trump was hawking going on five months ago?
You can choose to trust him if you like, but I do not.
No, you do not. And futher you ignore a ton of information to cling to that stance.
If Trump tomorrow said he would cash out every member of the military and mothball our Navy and Air Force, you'd believe him within seconds.
He voices our views, and you'll never believe. The problem for you isn't Trump.

Jeb has always been around 10 in this poll. Cruz has always been low. That’s the outlier on this poll as compared to the others.

Sometimes I really do believe the baser and coarser character traits of Donald Trump are unfortunately mimicked by some of his supporters.

I think Cruz is a decent sort, and the folks coming to your door will probably be decent people too.
You get folks on an internet forum and they lose decorum and go postal because they view it as a gallant gesture for Cruz in the battle.
They can’t fathom the idea they could actually be turning people off to their guy.

Just go online and see how the Trump supporters behave. They behave just like Trump, a man who has no business being president of even the local Rotary Club with his hate-filled, rude persona.

I described a stance on partial birth abortion from 2000 and said he didn’t want to dictate. I provided an interview from 2011 where Trump admitted he went pro-life years earlier.
Your take away is to bicker about the 2000 stance.
That’s avoidance.

They relentlessly represent his past as his present. That may be because there is nothing to Trump has done to demonstrate that his new positions are anything more than talk... Trump supporters are willing to take him at his word, but many of us are not sure whether his change in positions are sincere and heartfelt or simply opportunistic. And since he has no actual record to judge him by, you either believe him or you don't. It is not a lie to point out that he held different positions in the past, or to say that you don't believe his new positions are real and sincere.
Saying he is currently a Dem is a lie - yet I've seen it posted hundreds of times.
Funny, I see a lot of people, Trump supporters among them, say that Carson, or Rubio, or Bush, etc. are closet Dems, or make claims about other candidates that are in opposition to what the candidate says about themselves... So we are just to accept what Trump says about what he believes, but it is okay if Trump supporters point out a position that Rubio took in the past, even though it conflicts with his position today?

You are right. This poll should be taken with a grain of salt.
