Jackie Mason: Ben Carson 'looks like he's falling asleep'

Comedian and longtime conservative Jackie Mason sounded off on the Republican presidential field in a radio interview Sunday, jesting Ben Carson “looks like he’s falling asleep” and “brilliant” Carly Fiorina may just be too cerebral.

On Carson, Mason quipped: “Every time you see him, he looks like he either fell asleep or he’s trying to fall asleep. Everybody else is looking for a job. He looks like he’s looking for a place to lie down for an hour.”

Mr. Carson, what experience DO YOU HAVE running a large business with your own money on the line?
How many thousands of employees were paid with money you made off this business?
What sorts of things did you have to do to keep profitable every month? 
How many years did you spend in big business with your own firm?
How successful was your firm.  What was it's value when you took over?  What was then final value?
Did people from around the world recognize your prowess and seek your business management out?
Further, what experience do you have making $100s of million dollar deals? 
What experience do you have making international business deals?
What top national level business tax men, advisers, and accountants did you deal with in your business?
How many of them have agreed to come to the White House and work gratus to get this nation back on track?

Well, I never did any of that, but I did sign books at a Holiday Inn last night.

I saw him live many years back and he was prescient then also as part of his routine was mocking Starbucks customers for spending big money on burnt coffee.

Yes. What is up with that? It’s like a 60’s movie, a hippie character. Just wrap a bandana around his head and he would fit in at Woodstock. (I wasn’t there, btw.) :)

I worked many years at a state hospital before they closed them down, and I’ve seen many patients who are tranquilized act just like this. That’s where I got the idea that maybe the good doctor is on psych drugs for his temper. I don’t know that for sure, just an observation, but, I’ve seen many, many lethargic patients act the same way - and trust me - they were heavily medicated.

That is interesting, Cat. Well, you have to wonder about him. It is odd behavior and I think surely it’s a reasonable and legitimate concern for what may be the basis for it.
