KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - Court documents reveal Tanya Chamberlain's last moments and the evidence that police have against a 14-year-old and 13-year-old boy accused of killing her.
The two eighth graders attended class at Bernard C. Campbell Middle School the day after they allegedly brutally stabbed Tanya Chamberlain to death as she undertook a seemingly routine task.
Court documents reviewed exclusively by KCTV5 on Tuesday show that police obtained search warrants for the Lee's Summit homes of both boys and their school lockers.
The 43-year-old woman had gone to the car wash early Nov. 1. Surveillance video shows her vacuuming her vehicle at 1:14 a.m. At 1:51 a.m., the two suspects are seen in the area.(snip)
Clothing was taken from the boys' homes that matches that seen in the surveillance video. One of those was a distinctive Northeast Vikings sweatshirt that one of the boys was known to wear along with distinctive checkered shoes.
Authorities say both teens made recorded statements implicating each other and they knew details that only someone involved in the crime would know.

Wanting to clean your car at that hour sounds like it MIGHT be a cleanup after a drug deal, thought it could be someone working an odd shift who really does have an innocent reason. Trouble is, the streets are now not so innocent at that time of night.
The more people packing private protection, the better. I don’t WANT government to be able to railroad anybody even if the results are then turtle slow.

That’s a plausible theory. It highlights the need to maintain “Condition Yellow” and to be armed.
You might look, depending on exactly where you are, like something you never intended to look like.
And yes... private arms are about the only thing that will discourage this short of a gospel revolution that gets even feral yoots thinking about things eternal and not wanting to stay booked in the smoking section.

You jest I know but a lot of these kids live in homes where their parents don't give a damn about them and would never have been born if their parents hadn't been getting high and having one hour stands. I used to walk in and out of section 8 housing all the time locating perps or interviewing witnesses. Most of these monsters are created by their parent's lifestyles who would rather do drugs and drink rather than try to move up in the world and try to do better for themselves. The parents don't interact with them except to scream at them, don't supervise them, don't hold them accountable...basically there's no love or any mention of God at all in the household. In the homes I visted where the parents were God fearing people it had a huge impact. Less criminal behaviof, better behaved, more respectful, more likelihood of the father being there to discipline the children which really is the key with black culture when it ones down to whether you create monsters ir not.
My point is this - until the children AND their parents are punished for their children's acions, until God enters their home, until they are held accountable mothing will change. Or you can just keep filling up jail cells with black perps until the cows come home. Jail is not the solution; its like putting a bandage on a gushing artery. The fear of real punishment, holding the parents accountable for their children's behavior / actions, and God entering their lives is the only way real change will affected.
That's the only real solution. Armed Citizenship serves to keep us alive while we're preaching the Gospel.

Another news story said she was borrowing some gas money from a friend and went to the car wash to meet them.
At the bottom of the article, it says one of them was a Boy Scout.
Jesus did say to take a sword. I don’t think He intended to say either go crazy with it or try to do what the Muslims of several hundred years hence would try to do. You can turn your own cheek as you choose and the Lord moves, but you have no business forcing others to do this.
Society would be far better if they were.
