I am curious as to when a child reaches adulthood in your neck of the woods. If a person is in college I would think they would be an adult, at least where I am from.

Frankly, the guy had a lot of balls because he stood up and said that the First Amendment rules. Most gutless administrators would have been cowed by the loudmouth, and never would have uttered a peep about the First Amendment. It may have been easier to avoid this feces fracas to just keep quiet. Hats off to the courageous.
