After invoking the Fifth Amendment 220 times under five hours of questioning Thursday, an investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio blurted out an impassioned tale that the sheriff's office investigated the federal judge overseeing Arpaio's contempt-of-court hearing because the judge was "a victim" of the federal government's illegal seizure of his bank and IRS records. The court heard a number of audio recordings Zullo made with his iPhone... In another recording, former billionaire Tim Blixseth tells Arpaio that then-Senator Barack Obama had hired computer hackers to doctor Obama's birth certificate and change Florida voting records to alter redistricting efforts. Blixseth said he learned of Montgomery when Montgomery hacked into Blixseth's personal information to provide it to his ex-wife and her attorneys during their divorce proceedings. That's when, Blixseth says, Montgomery told him about information he had uncovered about the federal government. According to Montgomery, a young man working for John Brennan - now director of the Central Intelligence Agency - was hired to alter Obama's birth certificate while he was still a senator. When people began to question the authenticity of the certificate, the young man "got a bullet between the eyes," Blixseth said.

At long last it appears that Zullo has revealed the “Universe shattering” story he was trying to investigate in federal court this week.
Unfortunately, Zullo was never able to fully authenticate the claims of informant Montgomery and was not able to get the FBI or any other investigative body, such as Congress, to take up the investigation, it appears.
Montgomery is near death from some disease, IIRC, so is unlikely to be much of a witness. and the other witness, the “former billionaire,” Blixeth, is currently in jail!

Obama will never leave office. There will be crisis creation and chaos. Elections will be “delayed.” Obama will have to be removed by force.
So if I’m reading between the lines all of the great damning information Arpaio harped on about Obama at all those meetings across the U.S. the past few years was based on hearsay with the only corroborating evidence being the altered birth certificate that was posted online (which would be enough evidence on a fraud case if you establish the origin of the digital document with a subpoena with the ISP).

I have said that from day one when he first occupied the White House. During the Bush years, the Democrats said among themselves that if they ever got in political power again, they would never leave voluntarily leave.

Have you ever met Arpaio? I have. Not impressed. Either the report is part fiction or someone passed on information without fully vetting it and checking its credibility. Just because someone says something is true doesn't mean it is. The CIA is famous for redirection and deception ans I wouldn't have trusted anything one iftheir case officers tole me unless ai had an established rekationship and history with them. I'm just saying the article almost reads like a comspiracy theory.

Except now that hearsay is in the record of a federal court!
It is double hearsay. On the tape played in court “Blixseth says, Montgomery told him...” This is worthless because it is hearsay evidence, (IANAL) but it is in the court record for any future lawyers to use to haul in other witnesses for depositions and to issue blanket subpoenas etc.
Zullo may also be protecting himself and Arpaio by getting this Birther stuff out there in the open NOW! It could be a very SLY MOVE by the two of them which the other side didn’t expect and might have been trying to prevent.
The other side might have been hoping that Zullo would continue to plead the 5th to save his skin from any criminal prosecution, which would have been the smart thing to do, as any criminal lawyer would have told him, I expect.
I think the fact that Zullo is talking at all might be proof that Zullo is a patriot. Others will insist he is just stupid, of course.
the discovery that the birth certificate was a fraud (even though it wasn't discoverecby Zullo or Arpaio but rather a guy who deconstructed it with Adobe Illustrator) would have resulted in impeachment of any other white president after they gathered the evidence and witnesses (if they weren't dead which seems to be a popular theme with this president)
