DETROIT (AP) — Michigan’s Republican governor, who has bucked many party leaders by welcoming Syrian refugees, is putting the efforts on hold following the deadly attacks in Paris.
Gov. Rick Snyder said in a statement Sunday that the state is postponing efforts to accept refugees until federal officials fully review security clearances and procedures. He added that Michigan is “proud of our rich history of immigration†but that Michigan’s “first priority is protecting the safety of our residents.â€
“There will be difficult days ahead for the people of France and they remain in our thoughts and prayers,†he said. “It’s also important to remember that these attacks are the efforts of extremists and do not reflect the peaceful ways of people of Middle Eastern descent here and around the world.â€

Reluctant elected officials will be bypassed any how, and the NGO’s like Catholic and Lutheran Charities will work under the radar to bring the “refugees” to safe havens aka Sanctuary cities like Detroit, Ann Arbor, Battle Creek. Call your city commissioners tomorrow and find out what the Plan is to bring “refugees” to your neighborhoods.

This is lip service to keep the Republicans who vote for him thinking he’s working on their behalf.

Jindal was never asked. If the Feds want to drop the “refugees” on your state, they just do it. They don’t ask first. No coincidence that this is happening in the Southern Conservative Bible believer country. Jindal needs to be a bit more aggressive than writing the Muslim in the WH about his unhappiness over this situation. Stop the money, Paul Ryan. Or does your priest call the shots?
