French president seeks to extend state of emergency for three months, plans to step up strikes in Syria, says he will meet Obama and Putin to discuss anti-IS alliance.
Addressing both houses of parliament on Monday, French President Francois Hollande announced a number of measures he hopes to pass in order to aggressively tackle the Islamic State terror group in the wake of Friday's coordinated attacks in Paris that left at least 129 dead and 350 wounded. The president also argued that France should unite with the US and Russia in a grand coalition dedicated to smashing IS.

Hollande said he wanted French law to allow dual nationals to be stripped of their French citizenship if they were convicted of terrorism and dual nationals to be banned from entering France if they presented a "terrorism risk".

I’m sure he knows also that the current US President isn’t going to do a damn thing to defeat ISIS,....I don’t know how many times I have to post this, but Obama, Kerry, Hillary and McCain built, financed and encouraged ISIS. There are photos of McCain doing so. They all want to continue this for the Arms Dealers, the Caliphate, and NGO’s to make a fortune. Doctors WO Borders? PFFFT.

The French president should leave Obama completely in the dark and focus more on working with the Russians.
Hollande needs to be very careful about the whole “declaring war” stuff -
Obama just may step in and overtly side with ISIS.
Maybe I am 100% cynical, but I think he is just posturing because he realizes Marne Pen has probably vaulted into a likely election win. I believe Hollande is just feinting towards the right direction for political expediency sake - and he will return to his leftist/appeasing norm once the heat dies down.
