There are several legitimate seeming businesses that are using “Trump Card LLC” I believe one of them is some kind of mom and pop gift shop.
I wonder if that’s why they chose that name. Couldn’t that make legal recourse a bit sticky?

I don't know, however it seems logical that it could. I have two LLCs for family businesses (professional licenses). I would think it would be a state registration issue. Our LLCs are strictly for PA. Unless the companies were bought out, I would think there would still be a legal entanglement here. Then again if I had Trump's money, I would immediately tie them up in court. It would be economical.

I think dissimilarity of business and prior use come into play.
A political organization at this point will have a difficult job to justify the name.
