The Paris attacks can be attributed to Obama's leaving a vacuum in the Middle East, which was filled by ISIS.

The articles on this topic I’m seeing seem to all be referring to US-based gun sales. Got me curious about France, so found the following:
Gun ownership, licit and illicit, is 31 firearms per 100 people. 4.4 people per 100 are gun-registered.
France is the 5th country in the world, WRT total guns in private hands (19,000,000). For rate of ownership in private hands, it is #12.

Is it really because of the attacks, or because of Obama coming out soon afterward claiming that more gun control is one of his major pushes in his final year?
Not to mention the anti gun rhetoric by the Butcheress of Benghazi
