What he saw was a video of celebrations in Palestine. Everyone knows that, including Trump.

The Capitol is about 10 miles from my house. I can see it clearly from my balcony in Alexandria. If people were jumping off the roof, I could not see that with the naked eye but could easily see it with my binoculars, which I keep by the door for bird watching.
