"The bylaw in question forbids any officer of the state committee to 'participate in any primary contest on behalf of any candidate for a Republican nomination.' It goes on to say, 'They shall remain strictly neutral in any such primary contest,'"
The GOPee is scared of Trump and they can’t keep their mouths shut!
I don’t favor Trump myself. But someone in her position has no place playing favorites with candidates during the primaries. She should resign.
We’ve been told for years that we have to support the lesser of two evils. Sure, Conservatives might not like McCain or Romney — but you can’t stay home. You need to support the leader of your party.
Now Trump is the clear leader in just about every poll, and this has been true for month and month. And the GOP leaders are trying to stab him in the back.
I want Trump/Cruz, and I will definitely stay home if I don’t get one or both.
Obviously neutrality doesn’t apply to the national Party.
Pray America wakes
I am not deeply sadden.
What is it with the NH establishment Republicans? Haven’t they done enough damage already by (1)giving us mini-McCain Ayotte as Senator (2) giving Romney and McCain an early-state victory and (3)stuffing the polls to make the establishment candidates seem “viable”?

Section 5 of the Federal Voting Rights Act
Part I, Article 11 of the New Hampshire Constitution provides, in part, that “[a]ll elections are to be free, and every inhabitant of the State of 18 years of age and upwards shall have an equal right to vote in any election.” To safeguard this constitutional provision, and pursuant to RSA 7:6-c, the Legislature designates the Attorney General to enforce all election laws in New Hampshire. The Civil Bureau fulfills this responsibility and provides legal counsel to the Secretary of State, who administers elections throughout the State. Civil Bureau attorneys defend the State or the Secretary of State in actions before the Ballot Law Commission, Superior court and the Supreme Court.

Maybe if they got some ‘heat’ she would understand how much power the people really carry!!!
We all have a candidate on that ballot, what if this was being done to your candidate, how would you feel???
Maybe there is hope for the New Hampshire GOP. Dump the broad!
Pee Wee Priebus needs to call on her to resign and do it now! If not Trump should pull out his
Pledge and Remind Priebus this agreement is NOT a one way street.
She is incapable of controlling herself in violation of bylaws and basic decency standards.
She is a humiliating embarrassment to the party and offensive just being present in it.
She needs to go.
All your “New Hampshire GOP chairwoman” are belong to us.
Buh bye Jennifer. :-)
She should resign - the party chair needs to stay impartial.

Quotes by This Author
âThe argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can âthrow the rascals outâ at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policyâ (Georgetown University Professor Carroll Quigley, Tragedy and Hope, 1966.)
I am glad to see people fighting back after her BS rant. I hope she does have to resign. We need to clean out the RINOs.
Jennifer Horn. First, shut up! Now, resign...now. Don’t cry, don’t whine and don’t come back.
Jeez, somebody whacked her but good with the ugly stick.
She is totally wrong with the comments she made. We desperately need someone with backbone to take on the people Trump has been taking on. Back off Jennifer...you really stuck your foot in your mouth.
Really though, this NH liberal can’t he’p herself, as they say in TX. She has to be given a pass in the broad New Englabnd tradition!
