The dispatcher gave his name quite awhile ago. Said his cousin called and ID’d him. It’s out there whether the cops have “released” it or not.

FNC channel said earlier that this started with the guy outside the bank next to pp. Started shooting at cars. Then ran into pp. That’s not confirmed as far as I know.
