Rev Bacon picks up on a very interesting detail. THEY WERE NOT USING AR PLATFORM WEAPONS. Note media sells AR âstyleâ â theyâre manipulating the narrative â hereâs why:
Thanks to a Daily Mail Article (HERE) we find a close up picture of a spent shell casing from the San Bernadino attackers:

Muslim names.
Three shooters
Pipe bomb(?) (reports are that it wasn't a real bomb, but they must have thought about at least using it as a decoy).
Military fatiques.
Face masks
Attack on 'soft' targets
AK 74's
Feel free to add your thoughts.
Scots-Irish
That would be a pretty pointless conversion, too much effort for zero payoff in this scenario.
Foreign training would explain use of an AK74 though.
CNN and that liberal dope Don Lemon were trying to frame this as a lone gunman or disgruntled employee or a mentally disturbed individual. Shameful!!!
Nonsense. There are semi versions of the AK-74 available. Besides, this whole article is based on one blurry picture of an empty cartridge case. From the photo, it could be a .308 NATO case.
I thought the AK-74 used a smaller cartridge, the 5.45x39mm, in which case if the photo is authentic, it was fired only by the AK-74 automatic rifle.
Can’t be done.
This sleuthing beats the news by a mile. Awesome!!!!!!!
All those package deliveries and working through the night would have seemed suspicious.
I'm guessing the guy was PO'ed over the Christmas trees or pulled pork sandwiches. Or a funny look. Doesn't take much to set them off.
If this news were in pre-history before guns, we’d be discussing rock types used in a murder. Certain types of basalt and granite would require an immediate background check. Moral: the type of gun etc has really nothing to do with anything, this is a human nature issue.
It’s not steel case either, which surplus AK74 ammo typically is.
Incorrect. Semi auto AKs chambered for that round can be found all day long damn near anywhere in this country.
The 5.56x45 has a 25 degree taper at the extractor groove. A 5.45x39 has a 45 degree taper. I don’t think you can resolve 25 vs 45 from that image.
*NOTE*...illegal in the state of CA.
WHAT? !?!
Are you trying to tell me that the terrorists BROKE THE GUN LAWS?!? That was our only protection from mass shootings!
It does but an AR with a 5.45 upper can too. But that brass in the pic is 5.56mm. The neck is longer and the base is tapered down. Also it is brass rather than steel which most 5.45x39 uses.
Makes me laugh every time.
