White House spokesman Josh Earnest said that President Obama thinks that gun control would help deter terrorists. Earnest made the comments today at the White House's daily press briefing. The Syrian Christians can come in, they have been a historically persecuted minority (and that vetting question has been asked of immigrants for over a hundred years, so it's not prejudicial).
I don’t know many terrorists who have a long criminal history or who act on the spur of the moment such that background checks and waiting periods are going to deter them. They plan carefully. Profiling will deter terrorism, not “common sense gun control.”

He can't possibly believe that, and we don't either. In every situation, whatever he can do to tilt the playing field to his non-white, non-Christian favorites is what he will do. Whether it is Muslims, black criminals, or garden variety Latino invaders, Obama will come down on the side of their advantage. Disarming the law-abiding fits in with that pattern.
What I don't get is why there are so many reporters in the MSM who go along with this. Their asses could be shot off, too. Not having a Secret Service or paid armed escorts of their own, you'd think they'd have some sense of self-preservation.
