Well I think they see karma staring them in the face, to use a term that isn’t either Jewish, Christian, or Islamic.

Apostates are to be slaughtered.
Anything that questions anything that mohammed said or did is apostasy.

Again to carry on the analogy at some level (again not implying what I actually think of the Christian phenomenon)... Martin Luther did not need the Catholic permission to do what he did. Why should permission of the head choppers be needed either.
I.e. all you really need is to bring together a counter force of “apostates” that is enough to push back the “official” Islam. Of course even better if these “apostates” happen to actually become Christian.

They would have to assert that somehow either mohammed or allah were wrong. Which can never happen.
A “moderate” Muslim is the one who stands by while others kill you, but won’t kill you themselves.
Islam has been a blight on humanity for 1500 years, it has produced nothing but evil, violence and hate.
Islam is the execution as far as I’m concern of Satan’s greatest work, that not being “convincing man he does not exist” as the saying goes, but in “convincing man he is god”.
Islam is the religion of Satan, fooling man into believing he is god.

They already do, daily, by defying that with their lives and refusing to be rabid.
All I say is, make that defiance a little more explicit.
Because Taqiyya, you can never trust anyone who has been muslim and ‘converts’ away.
Their refusal to be rabid isn’t an indication that they don’t support the rabid. Most people aren’t energetic enough to be mass murderers.
But if you ask them if they support what the mass murderers are doing they’ll tell you yes.
And the ones that tell you no aren’t to be trusted, because taqiyya.
A risk occurs on the human level, but that doctrine itself is one that is questionable to people who really believe in reason. If you believe in reason, you won’t want to lie. You might disagree that something is holy writ, but you won’t want to lie.
You really believe that under the power of the actual Holy Spirit, the lie is still more powerful than truth.
Well go ahead and do that if you insist. But it does not reflect actual spiritual affairs. It is not because of Allah that most of Islam remains more or less civil. It is because of Jehovah.
they are either mooselimb or not mooselimb. A mooselimb making a statement about the jihadis means nothing to me. If they are against jihadi, they must renounce being a mooselimb, change your name to a normal one and get on with your life, disassociate yourself with all mooselimbs especially your mooselimb family members. If you refuse to renounce being a mooselimb, you are pro-terror and not compatible with freedom. End of the choices.
Their religion TELLS them to lie.
They are DIRECTED to lie to the infidel, you.
Their holy scripture instructs them to lie to advance islam.
When they lie to the infidel they are just practicing their faith.
Which is why no muslim can be trusted. Ever.
There’s no rhyme or reason to what sets this or that one off on the path to mass murder. They’re all suspect however.
My religion doesn’t command me to kill anyone. They can’t say that.
If your muslim neighbor tells you that murder of infidels is against islam you think what?
You believe him, because ‘holy spirit’ and now trust him with your life?

If they don’t want the backlash, then they should direct backlash toward ISIS. Time for the “moderate” Muslims to stand up to these guys along with the rest of the world.
“Their religion” tells them to do a lot of things that they don’t do. About as faithful as “born Christians” who don’t have an investment in their core faith.
Nobody’s asking to “trust in Muslims.” That is to bias the case. We’re asking to “trust in God” (the real one) ourselves. That God is why so many non Judeo Christian religions manage to be peaceful. He keeps a lid on them.
