I really have no idea if Cruz would prove more respectful or not to the old fashioned Constitutional ideal. Maybe he too is saying one thing while not being prepared to really follow through.

I would have expected him, at any rate were he sincere about returning to Constitutional ideals, not to thrust a strategic oar into something like TEP, but say he isn’t going to try to figure out which end of a poop is the clean one.

If the choices served up to us include two kings, but one of them is frank about it, I will pick the frank one.
