I’m not sure what it is either. I have a feeling it started out as a Garand but someone Photoshopped it. The sling mounts and general shape of it points to WWII era war rifle but the hammer points to a lever action of the old west like maybe a 30-30. There is even a hint of a bolt action in there somewhere.
