Trump is killing it. This is his best debate by far.
Time for everyone else to drop out.

I vote for Cruz.
I don’t care for how CNN is conducting the debate, because they make sure they don’t debate.
When?
I started out almost a year ago supporting Cruz.
But the more I listen to the debates. the more I have come to believe that what we need is a person who has done great things, not a great debater.
That old saying “Talk is cheap” will not leave my mind.
Can you imagine what would have happened to us if these great minds had been running the country during WWII?
Only one person on that stage would have had the guts to drop the bomb on Japan.
And Dresden?

I’ve been here longer than you and I I’m totally stumped over Trump’s popularity. I’m a Regan conservative, not a liberal. I understand that people like the fact that Trump is standing up to the press and that he takes the threat of Muslim extremism seriously. But, beyond that I do not understand the appeal. Perhaps it’s just that immigration and terrorism are the number one issues on people’s minds and they are willing to overlook everything else.

Trump is kicking ass in this debate, especially Jeb’s. I agree that Drudge’s poll is total BS, because it started before the debate is finished.
Trump has a backbone, he says what we are thinking, has conservative enough principles, is not a politician, the rest all are (except Ben) and he’s self funding. It really is that simple.

I haven’t watched the debate yet, but has Trump answered two big mistakes he made recently. The Scalia attack and then attacking Cruz for not being in the pocket for Big Ethanol and calling Cruz a Maniac for not going along with GOPe

I agree. What’s the draw for him being hard-nosed if he’s going to push for things like socialized medicine?
I don’t hate the guy, I just don’t really trust him entirely.
