When Cruz voted for the Corker bill he went against Israel - which is un-Biblical - and he went against the Constitution - whereby a treaty vote was reduced to a simple majority.

This cuts to the core of who he says he is. Cruz traded off everything to his corporate, globalist masters who want to do business with Iran. Try to explain it any other way if you can.

Sundance Reader seventh edition: “Almost half of the selections are new, including works by William Safire, Jessica Valenti, Robert Reich and Al Gore.”...

Inquiring minds would like to know the connection between Sundance beliefs and the political leanings of Greetingspunyhumans.

I’m almost embarrassed for you, CC.

You do realize that sundance of The Last Refuge and this Sundance Reader are NOT anywhere close to being the same, right? Or, are you just making a really snarky and truly absurd projection?

No one has voted on TPP. Cruz is totally against TPP. What was your problem again?

If Hillary is the Rat nominee I think Ted Cruz can win. Nobody but hard core Marxist globalists like or trust Hillary. Cruz has pretty much the same problem so only the committed right comes out for Cruz. I think there are more folks on the right then on the hard core left so advantage Cruz. However a low turn out election barely won by Cruz would not give him a mandate to do much of anything. I see a Cruz vrs Hillary election as a lose lose election.

Now Trump vrs Hillary is an entirely different election. I think Trump in a landslide which would give Trump a mandate to carry the agenda he is proposing to the nation. So I'm all in for Trump :)

Ifyou look back to my post history you will see I was in total disagreement with Cruz on the issue. I was also opposed to his ex-Walker hires and a few more things.

I go by the Reagan rule. 80%. Is Cruz over that? Yes. Bu orders of magnitude.

It’s odd that people that scream about evil purists are willing to toss a high 90s% candidate over one or two issues, yet side with a guy that has far, far more leftist positions in his closet.

It mirrors the Obama zombies standing before the pillars of Styro screaming for hopeandchange when there’s nothing but hope for change to vase their support on.

Sorry. I’ve heard your premise many times from many people and I just can’t make myself accept that voting for the “lesser” of two evils in a political election and allowing the “more evil” to win is in any way an intelligent thing to do.

Well stated.

Looks like the author has some bizarre Alex-Jones type obsession with “Dominionism” and looks for “Dominionists” under every bed. Really peculiar.

Reminds me of the kind of stuff that ended my brief flirtation with the John Birch Society. I was attracted by the staunch conservatism. Then I began noticing that they weren’t really interested in fixing anything, just spouting conspiracy theories about jewish bankers, which ranged from the simple to the fantastic and bizarre - like this posting.

I wonder if Dominionists are also responsible for putting fluoride in the water?

Hank

What an ignorant post. No wonder you ommitted the link. That is not the Sundance connected to the Conservative Treehouse. Shame on you.

Trump is a master of sloganeering.

Hard for me to believe you are actually a Cruz supporter when you don’t follow his lead on anything.

Oops; you beat me to it. In my defense, I knew it wasn’t the Treehouse just by the authors listed. But still they try to smear him. It’s unbecoming to conservatives.

He is. But I think ts more the result of people adopting the high school mentality of wanting to sit at the cool kids table/in crowd.

Correction; “I just can’t make myself accept that NOT voting for the “lesser” of two evils, thereby acquiescing to the fact that the “more evil” will win is an intelligent thing to do.”

I vote against candidates, not for.

I will most certainly vote against Hillary or Barney. Doesn’t matter the Republican nominee I’ll vote for them.....even Trump.

In the interim I’ll vote against Trump.

Doesn’t matter if you accept it or not. It’s still the truth. History is what it is. Democrats did not make our choices. “WE” did. And we live in the result of them.

I was totally all in for Cruz, but that TPA vote really had me reconsider. I cannot stand what the gop has become. We all know the game they play right? I’m going to support this bill, the one that lowers the votes needed to simple majority, and then when they don’t need my votes to get a simple majority, I can campaign on the fact that I never supported it. Now of course after helping write an op-ed supporting TPA, he changes his mind hours before the vote. He had an opportunity to change minds, and did nothing but support it. Supposedly he changed his mind because he heard backroom deals were being made. Sheesh!!! Like Trump says, we need smarter people making our deals for us.
