Well, the 2nd Amendment clearly says that “Congress shall make no law...”.

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

The Congress is not mentioned in the Second Amendment. The right of the people to keep and bear arms is constitutionally protected (hah!) from infringement by any branch of government.

The purpose of the three branches of government is to provide a check against overreach by one branch. King Barack either doesn't understand that concept or he deliberately chooses to ignore it.

If a president can't get one of his pet schemes/scams passed by congress, he cannot just unilaterally ignore the constitution and ram through his bs program.
