doesn’t this make it father’s fault for his daughter’s death. He pulled a gun on police officer and his daughter died in the crossfire.
What a stupid bastard, not only causing his daughter’s death, but laying the guilt for it upon the heart of this constable who was just doing the job of the Court. They LOST their case to the landlord, the constable is not the enemy.
He wasn’t hiding behind his daughter. It was the other way around.
The constable, investigators said, drew his own .40-caliber weapon and fired once, but the bullet went through the man's upper left arm and hit the girl.
So the guy is already pointing an AR at the constable while the constable is reaching and drawing his sidearm, and then pointing and firing it, and the guy doesn't pull the trigger on the rifle?
:sigh: Yet another cop shooting that doesn't make sense. I hate this crap. How about the cop saw the rifle hanging on the sling and then just drew and fired on his own, and hit the girl? That's reality, not someone pointing a rifle at a cop and waiting to be shot.
Another example of government waste......... a cab would have worked just fine for this scum bag.
Tragic, the absolute stupidity of her father caused her death. I hope he begs on his knees for forgiveness each day of his life until he burns in hell.
He opened the door and saw who was there before he closed the door, got his gun and the opened the door again with the loaded gun in his hands. Then, he pointed the loaded gun at the person at the door. The person at the door wouldn’t have needed to know if the guy’s gun was loaded or not. This is what can happen when a guy with a loaded gun is being evicted and thinks the authorities might be coming to take away his kid(s).
Imagine the #BLM protests if this were a black man and his daughter. Meanwhile, the reaction here is summed up as “tragic, but the father caused this outcome.”
Play stupid games around your family and they win stupid prizes...
The father should be charged with murder and do hard time.
