Sad. What this "father" did was in a way not much diffrent than the Palis in Gaza lobbing rockets in to Israel while they hide behind their own children, so yeah he should bear some culpability in his daughter's death. Was he high, or drunk? Or did he have a meth lab in the apt? Surely the investigation will bear any of it out.

He opened the door and saw who was there before he closed the door, got his gun and the opened the door again with the loaded gun in his hands. Then, he pointed the loaded gun at the person at the door. The person at the door wouldn’t have needed to know if the guy’s gun was loaded or not. This is what can happen when a guy with a loaded gun is being evicted and thinks the authorities might be coming to take away his kid(s).
