Culture?
Education level? Income? Parental training? Political orientation? Interest in maximizing self sufficiency? Planning time horizon distance?
Probably because we don’t want to play the “polar bear game “and end up dead.
In the interest of securing votes via dependency, the Democrat Party has used financial incentives to destroy the black culture. Systematically.
It is culture. There is a cultural rot going on in the black community. Not because they’re inferior.
It’s a planned and systematic assault.
The results are obvious, even to the BBC.
Most people want to preserve their ethnic values and culture. In Alaska, you’ll have a White community and a separate Indian Village a couple miles apart. Everybody knows each other and get along just fine. They will attend public events together, kids in same school, but when it comes down to where you live; everybody stays with their own kind; no joke. Indians don’t want to completely lose their language, cultural identity, and become greedy White People. Whites don’t want all the alcohol problems and the social problems it entails in most Indian Villages. Some things will never change.

There is no common culture.
Culture...
It’s sad that the irresponsible, violent and racist left wing black welfare mobs in the cities represent “American Blacks” to foreigners. Hardly.
They live together because they want to live together. They have made clear over the years, they don’t want whites near them. They attack whites in “their” areas.
Yes, culture. Birds of a feather....
It is culture. I asked this same question 35 years ago in a college class in a paper I wrote in a class called “Black Religions in the New World”, (don’t ask, we had to take a certain amount of religion classes back then, Methodist school).
The Professor was not a regular professor, but a black pastor from Detroit, seemed pretty hip for the time, but today would not be radical enough for people like Dear Leader.
The paper I wrote was simply called Racism, I really had lead a sheltered life, grew up in a small midwestern town, In all my time there, we only had one or two black families even live near us, and that was because there was an Air Force radar station near by and they were military. I really had almost no interaction with black people until I was about 20 years old, and as a product of the 60s and 70s growing up, watching shows like “The Jeffersons”, I just assumed things were just going to be good going forward, we were just all going to get along, it would be all Kumbaya, etc...
Anyway, I literally asked the question why don’t more blacks, even middle class and upper class blacks, tend not to live in white/mixed neighborhoods. The professor kindly pointed out that most don’t want to, they prefer to live with people more like them, people they grew up with, it is just that simple.
Forcing people to live together simply goes against human nature.
