scumbag bosses to use E-Verify, fines bosses who hired illegals, cuts off food stamps, Welfare and other benefits.
So they are back in Mexico either thru self exporting or via the deportation force.
Now they all want to apply to come back legally. They know that their record of breaking US law is against them.
They know lots of people from around the world are in line in front of them.
They know Mexico isn’t most favored nation to get US Papers, and all the criminals are in line with them.

Few will ever come back, Trump won’t be President it will take them so long, cost them more than they can imagine.
Trump says the Media is so dishonest, I know people from other countries, some from India, some from Europe, they spent more than $10,000 and waited 7 years or more to do it legally.

Then it is being misrepresented as amnesty.

This is a flat-out lie. Cruz’s position before the alleged “switch” was that he favored a phaseout of the ethanol program. His position after the alleged “switch” is that it should be phased out. Definite flip flop, right.
What is, touchback?
So you’re on the “comprehensive immigration reform” side, then, with McCain and the rest. Gotcha.
Bullsqueeze. If the deported illegals come back into the US legally under the same rules as everybody else, how is that amnesty? Isn’t the punishment deportation?
It allows those who broke the law to have the same status and opportunity as those who didn’t. That’s amnesty, no matter how you slice it.
Of course that’s amnesty, and it’s precisely what touchback provided.
All Trump has going for him is anger. I hope that’s not enough to give him the nomination.
Let me repeat my question to you. If they are deported, isn’t that their punishment? If they come back into this country using the same process as everybody else, with the same 7 year wait, how is that “amnesty?”
That is precisely what Trump is proposing. Under his plan, illegal aliens don’t have to go to the end of the line behind those who have complied with our immigration laws. They get an “expedited way of getting them back into the country so they can be legal.†They get to cut the line and then stay in America.

Since he want to return them in an "expedited" fashion, that does not mean they go to the back of the line and start over. That means they jump to the front of the line, which is "touchback" amnesty.
No, that is not punishment. they’ll be back in no time, in an expedited return.
Because they broke the law, they should not be entitled to be treated like everyone else. To allow them back in is amnesty. To treat them like everyone else is amnesty. It ignores their illegal activity and gives them the same status as those who did not break the law.
Of course! Donald Trump is proposing comprehensive immigration reform. First you build a wall, while you build the wall you send everyone home, then, if the current actual laws are good for the country, you change the laws. It is very comprehensive.
The point is that for the first time we have a person who has written extensively on how you have to deliver after you make the deal.
