Wow, Mark Levin read Trump’s ridiculously over-the-top tweetstorm this morning aimed at Ted Cruz, and he did not appreciate the accusations made therein.

...a non-politician such as Donald Trump running for president is precisely what the Founders had in mind... Well said.   And congratulate yourself for making it through the flamethrowers :- )   We need to keep our eyes on the ball.   If a competent anti-establishment candidate wins the general election, the FReeper agenda marches ahead. Personally, I want a President who has demonstrated leadership and success managing a large organization. Even if Jesus Christ returned to Earth tomorrow, I'm sorry, but I would honestly turn him down as President. What last week showed is that both Cruz and Trump are opportunists.   Nobody is the perfect conservative, so Republicans must choose who they best believe can slay the Hillary beast and restore the country. So it's Caesar vs. Senator Cicero.  And I choose Caesar because under his leadership the Roman legions defeated Vercingetorix and won the Gallic Wars.

Same happened to Beck. The commenters now are almost exclusively Cruz supporters, my guess any one supporting Trump just left. His radio show is wall to wall Pro Cruz anti Trump, only difference between Beck and FOX is he is Pro Cruz.

I listen to nothing live anymore so I don't have to listen to as much cr@p as I used to. Three hours of news only takes about 30 minutes if you skip the propaganda and duplicate stuff.

Anybody who is a citizen... a natural... a natural, ...naturalized born citizen is eligible (he confused a caller with his deliberate stammering confounding jumble on Tuesday night)

Levin wrapped himself in the flag and said that “birthers” claim foreign-born service members are not citizens. This is not only a lie, it is despicable and divisive.

He keeps saying we are a post constitutional republic anyway so what does it matter? If the birth situation of Trump and Cruz were exactly switched, there would be no end of lawyers here telling us why Trump was a commie traitor not qualified to hold office of President and everyone here knows it.

So how about we drop the issue until after we have a couple primaries maybe by then it will no longer matter. Besides nothing we say here will ever settle the issue, but it will certainly make it harder to come together once we have a winner, no matter who it is.
