We are witnessing the end of the House of Clinton
The Hill ^ | 1/25 | John LeBoutillier

Posted on 01/25/2016 12:19:52 PM PST by TangledUpInBlue

It is the beginning of the end of the House of Clinton:

1. There is the stench of political death around Hillary, Bill, Chelsea and the entire House of Clinton.

2. You could feel it when Republican front-runner Donald Trump hit back — hard — over the "penchant for sexism" charge by basically calling Hillary Clinton an enabler in the former president's sexual shenanigans.

3. When have we ever seen the Clintons back off? But they did.

4. Then came further reports about an expanded FBI probe of her handling of secure information; the nexus of State Department favors for donors to the Clinton Foundation; and the story that Hillary Clinton or her staff might have lied to FBI agents in this probe.

5. All of this has raised the speculation, yet again: Will President Obama stop the Department of Justice (DOJ) from indicting her if the eight-person DOJ team working with over 100 FBI agents recommends criminal charges?

“...............Many votin Democrats would sell their children into slavery if it meant that they would win an election”.

Actually, they have done that for many years.

I wonder if a president can revoke a pardon

Somehow I doubt she would go quietly.

Oh, this is something to pray for. I hope she brings down EVERYBODY. Hell, I hope she drags in the guy who shot JFK.

I want a dimocratic scandal that will singe the pages of the history books. Let there not be one single D official, down to the dog catcher of Hope, Arkansas... whom she doesn't smear and drag down with her. Throw a few RINOs in for good measure.

Whatever you say about the Clintons, they are probably exceptionally good record-keepers. God only knows what evidence they've got locked away for a rainy day.

Say, did you know that Washington D.C. is not one of the 57 states Obama mentioned ?

I think there is another scandal brewing with bill and the buying of prosecutors in the Jeffry Epstein trial. I think we will find the Clintons tangled in that mess when the investigation ends

I’m not sure there ever really was a House of Clinton. He won two elections with under 50% of the vote, she carpet bagged to NY to get an easy Senate seat, the party tried really hard to hand her the nomination in 2008 and she failed, and now they’re trying really hard to throw this one for her, and so far she’s failing. Really without extremely flawed opponents the Clintons could very easily have never won a non Arkansas election.

And the Rise of the House of Obama, you think they're done? No way.

I think that ignorant SOB will be at the mercy of the next president to decide whether he goes to prison or not.

He will pardon her and she will still go on to run for President.

Personally, she needs to step down. She won’t, her arrogance is going to get the best of her someday.

Lynch will NEVER pull the cord herself Never!!!

it is only up to Lynch - however on a huge case like this, you have to think Obama will pressure Lynch if she is not leaning his way. Crazy set of circumstances though - if no indictment or special prosecutor is named, then the Obama admin is just trashing our entire intelligence system. I can't emphasize what a huge sh#t-storm this would cause within the federal govmt.

Bill Clinton abused powerless women and kissed the butts of the powerful... he’s not a good man.

The thing is: O had to have known about her home brew server, so he’d be implicating himself at the same time. Obfuscation into eternity is what will happen.

Remember when George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton teamed up for some sort of soft-shoe act? At the time it seemed curious that they would be pals.

Problem for Obama, if he pardons Hillary she can’t plead the 5th and can be forced to tell everything she knows about Obama.

The general rule is a defendant can be prosecuted either where she lives or where she committed the crime. In this case the location of the crime could be deemed wherever she connected to the server from while transmitting classified information (will someone more familiar with Federal criminal procedure please join with more specific info).

The FBI’s ethics investigation may be more damning than her security breaches. Twice the trouble.

Would there anything stopping new Attorney General, Ted Cruz, from indicting her?
