CNN)One person was killed as authorities arrested a group of people -- including Ammon Bundy -- involved with the armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, the FBI and Oregon State Police said.
The deceased individual, who has not been identified, was the subject of a federal probable cause arrest, officials said.

If we are to become the Soviet Union and China, the PTB need to start acting like it.
Perhaps they can bill the family of the deceased for the bullet.

Federal land is pretty specifically defined.
A1S8C17 - “To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such district (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings”
I see even less re: ‘administrating’.
The Bundy’s, being Citizens of which, where the land does reside, or the purchaser thereof, have MORE title/authority than the Fed. govt.
The bundy boys will now get all the snacks they can buy. In Prison. Enjoy solitary, boys.
I see no hope for this country. We have gone too far down the road. God is withdrawing His protective hand over America and that is why all this stuff is happening. money mess, illegals, ISIS invasion, massive storms of all kinds in the past few years; Katrina, Super-storm Sandy, and the eastern storm that just dumped on the eastern seaboard. God is knocking and no one is listening. Thus, He withdraws the protection and more happens. I believe the end is in sight. The Antichrist is just over the hill. I believe he and the False Prophet are alive and well and will assume their duties.

With ALL the time the Feds had setting up the ambush site, and with ALL the hullabaloo lately from blacks about body cams for cops, and ALL the advance warning and planning time in Oregon, the Feds should have NO trouble turning over video of the so-called “shoot-out” that supports their narrative. If they DO NOT (or CANNOT) produce the video, that constitutes PRIMA FACIE evidence of Federal culpability in murder. Q.E.D.

Whoa! Let’s just slow down a minute. We have no official report from either side about the sequence of events and how they played out. For all we know the Feds were after one and he pointed his gun. On the other hand the Feds could be in the wrong. Simply put none of us have a clue.
Was a fan of Bundy in his first incident but not so much on this occupation. What is strange to me is we have many FReepers when it’s an aspiring rapper come to the immediate defense of an officer before all the facts are in. But because it is someone we believe may be doing something good and for our side it’s an immediate murder? Cmon guys we are better than pure knee jerk liberal emotion.
The facts will play out as they do and we will move on. As to this group they run me wrong. Especially when one of the so called body guards to Bundy was identified as stolen valor scum. A wannabe commando type. They do not speak for me. When you play with fire long enough you get burnt

Wasn’t commenting on it being a cult. Was commenting on the government shooting first and then asking questions. I saw a TV interview with Randy Weaver of the Ruby Ridge thing some years back, when I still lived up in Washington state. Weaver got a lot of money from the government in settlement of a lawsuit for the wrongful deaths of his family members if I remember right. He admitted he did the gun thing, but that was no reason for a sniper to murder his wife, shooting her through a window with a child in her arms if I remember the goings down right. The government could have stat there for months and waited them out. Eventually the Weavers would have needed food. They did not have too shoot the woman that way.
