That terminology was one of the things that bothered me about Mark’s video.
HRT...Hostage Rescue Team? Who can recognize HRT vehicles sitting on the side of the road and refers to them that way?
Anyhow, why would it be HRT in the first place?
Am I mistaken? Was there ever ANY indication that the Bundys or their people were holding anyone against their will? What hostages?
I agree.
Id not not believe:
1. Lavoy had a death by cop wish in the least. That
s a False narrative.
2. That Lavoy “reached for his waistband. Another false narrative IMHO. No western rancher I know carries a handgun in their waistband.
3. The entire HRT thing is beginning to bother me. Why would they be there? Why would the be instantly referred to as HRT vehicles?
The more these people talk on their side about what happened...the less I believe any part of it. Those vehicles were waiting there in ambush because they knew they were coming.,
Sheriff Ward’s arrogant, angry press conference gave the distinct impression that the “people” got what they deserved/. He acted like a man who was angry because he had been shown up or something and was bound and determined to put these ranchers down.
Anyhow...hopefully we will get more evidence as time goes on and as discovery and other legal matters are executed on behalf of those arrested.
It’s happened before...at Waco, at Ruby Ridge, and several other places, including Jarbidge and Klamath, it ended up being shown conclusively that the government people were lying.
These people were really bothering no one in the middle of nowhere. If they had been left alone and ignored eventually they all would have just gone away.
That’s my opinion.
And what finally happened to those liars?

I agree. I have also heard through a friend who knows someone who is in OR that the feds covered the car with a tarp and wouldn’t let anyone near it.

Those who watched the new Star Wars movie know what can be done with video after enough time editing. I would have believed a same-day video, but it’s too late. I don’t expect to believe what they eventually claim is actual video even if they release something this late.
The headline on the McConnell story was misleading. He never claimed to see Finicum get shot. He said he saw Finicum stop...then pull away. Then he started recounting somebody else’s story about what happened at the roadblock.
On the waisteband thing...I’ve already taken note of that. Finicum was photographed (taking a camera off a pole) with a large pistol in a holster.
All because a psychotic prosecutor - who went on to being canned because she was stalking co-workers - insisted on charging the Hammonds with terrorism, five years after the event, said event being a back-fire set on Hammond property to stop a lightening caused fire also burnt 127 acres of adjoining refuge land. The Hammonds had already served (Dwight 3 months, Steven 12 months) for arson, but psycho Amanda Marshall charged them with terrorism - a charge with a 5 year minimum sentence.
Oh - these terrorists also called the fire department notifying them of their plans prior to starting the back-fire.
These rounds seem a lot more centered about the ‘problem’ than the holes in the PU truck from the LA cops freaked about by Dorner.

video that is supposedly from FBI Helicopter of the shooting of LaVoy Finicum. It matches the statement of Victoria Sharp but it does show him reach for his pocket or waist before they open fire on him and kill him. He came out of the vehicle with his hands up and was stumbling through the snow.
