Obviously this is Pretty damned important, so I propose we test it out.
All Facilities where any person that can be classified as a “public employee” is employed in any fashion, shall immediately make all restroom facilities gender neutral.
Let’s just see how these women legislators and Judges like Men in their Bathroom!!!
Perverts have been trying to figure out how to sneak in the the girl’s bathroom for years. Now go to California, where it soon to be made legal! Truly the land of fruits and nuts.
If people who self identify as what ever sex they choose can use facilities at will, then it follows that citizens who self identify as legislators should be able to grab a chair in Sacramento and vote on bills.
It would hurt lots of innocent people.

We used to have those. We called them outhouses.
Why not require video cameras in every toilet stall with private viewing booths? The booths would collect a dollar a minute to be collected by the state. Yep. That’s the ticket.

The problem is a violation of private property. The state has no business telling property owners how to use their restrooms. George III was quite the libertarian compared to today’s pols.
In that every sidewalk in San Francisco is a toilet I don’t see where the law is needed.
They’re talking Public Bathrooms. Even the bathrooms in your house are regulated.
Maybe if they made every third section of sidewalk a grate and put gravel or pipes underneath...
Once again...No such animal as “transgender”....
Every person is one gender or the other...
Either you have XX chromosomes and are a female or you have XY chromosomes and are a male...
There isn’t any way to “trans” this FACT......
May sound reasonable to some - I agree… But remember baby steps...
