All Facilities where any person that can be classified as a “public employee” is employed in any fashion, shall immediately make all restroom facilities gender neutral.

If people who self identify as what ever sex they choose can use facilities at will, then it follows that citizens who self identify as legislators should be able to grab a chair in Sacramento and vote on bills.

In NYC black men need not worry about these bathrooms they can just stop in the middle of the street while you are walking past with your kids, whip it out, piss in the street and continue on thier way and they will not be arrested because the commie mayor of NYC believes there are to many men of color being locked up just for this.
