Republican can be a broad swath of positions. Democrat typically is far left today but might not always be in a local context (qv Kim Davis). The devil might be in those details. How he has played ball on positions might be good to know.

Maybe the skeptics have good reason; on the other hand I have reason to “suspect” good things too. We noticed that Barack Obama was a good gun salesman. Is it beyond the pale that he has also proven a good prayer salesman? People are praying for something to be raised up to salvage America from the Barack Obama disaster, and if that isn’t Cruz could it be Trump?

I tend to try to be optimistic until I hit something that is an absolute stop. And then I still remain optimistic while waiting.

Is it because he's running for the Republican nomination? Or is it genuine?

"The final key to the way I promote is bravado. I play to people's fantasies. People may not always think big themselves, but they can still get very excited by those who do. That's why a little hyperbole never hurts. People want to believe that something is the biggest and the greatest and the most spectacular. I call it truthful hyperbole. It's an innocent form of exaggeration - and a very effective form of promotion."

Actual Christians will smell out, not suspicions, but salvation stories.

Where’s his salvation story? I think every Christian believes we must repent, believe,.....to be saved. He says he never asked God for forgiveness.

But just stop with the scorched earth tactics and think.

So you think I should stop telling the truth? You think we should hide his past from republicans and they shouldn’t have all the information so we can make an informed decision? ...So we should hide this until it’s too late because the left will let everyone know during the general election. How many women and Christian men will vote for a man who did what he did? I say we need MORE light in this race otherwise we’re just like the left who won’t report the lefts wrongs. I wish we could ask EVERY candidate if they have dirt in their closets, and if they do, TELL US NOW!

Honestly! That sums it up perfectly.

Where do I get to publish my screed of why I would never vote for Rubio, which is exactly what we’re going to end up with after all these GOPe operatives here. Dammit

Don't fall for political speak, look at candidate's records/actions.

OK, why don't you try it? Has Trump ever "made it right" with the 150 Polish illegal aliens he imported to do the demolition work for Trump Tower? He paid them $4-5 an hour, 12 hours a day, seven days a week, in an old building with asbestos and lead dust with no breather masks, hard hats, or gloves. He stiffed a good many for their pay and the union for its contractual benefits. He fought that case for 20 years without repentance and finally settled.

Is that a guy you would expect to be a champion of the American working man?

You can dig up whatever stories you want, Trump’s my man. His employees love him, more loyal than voters. The picture you paint wouldn’t have that following.

But go ahead, keep up the smear jobs. No other candidate will build a wall, defend the 2nd Amendment, rebuild the military and especially, get us decent trade deals and bring jobs back.

That’s a champion of the American working man.

In other words, no amount of evidence will convince you of your error. Enjoy the ride chump.

In other words not amount of opposition research will determine my vote. I look at the man, his record as a successful businessman and family man, and his stance on issues.

You might try this approach.

The putative Dem candidate Hilary Clinton sincerely sends her thanks for the vote you will not make to at least cancel out one of her votes...

Susan Stamper Brown looks to be a solid conservative. See http://www.susanstamperbrown.com

I agree with her on Donald Trump. Many other conservative women do too. Trump isn’t a conservative though so that’s no surprise.

Whatever Irish, I’m over it.

The whole game is rotten to the core.

It’s every man for themselves, they have shown it over and over. They ALL suck. Sorry, that’s my truth as I see it.

Sorry but no one is entitled to oppose or even criticize Trump, only GOPE RINOs would dare to do it. People that don’t like him can shove it.
