The news report did not state flat out Carson was leaving the race. the Cruz camp made that up. They made an assumption and assumed wrong. Very bad move on their part.

My point was that CNN got it from someone. I did not criticize them for no vetting it. I asked the question.
If CNN got it from a Cruz person, then Cruz is no better than Haley Barbour or Reid.

But still the bottom line is that we should realize that the Iowa vote means nothing because we have no idea how many people switched, if any, and to whom they switched.

The reason why Dr Carson left early was to change his clothes and get an early start to avoid the snow storm. Ask yourself why would he drop out when he was in 4th place with 9.5% and others a lot lower. Huckabee was the only one who dropped out with 2%

I have been having second thoughts about Trump. Cutting deals with the likes of Reid, Pelosi, Schumer, et. al., does not give me warm fuzzys. Then we have RINOs like Mich McConnell and Paul Ryan.
Skipping the debate likely had nothing to do with Trump losing Iowa. Even Rush agrees with me.
