He’s right. Women circle the wagons and rarely promote a man if the can help it. “Minorities” do the same thing. It is why those companies usually fail. I’ve seen more companies destroyed by such ineptitude than anything else.

What if I self-identify as black, even though I was born white? If a man can identify himself as a woman, a white person can identify themselves as black.

My husband works for the Federal Gov’t. He says if he hadn’t gotten in when he had (about 10 yrs ago) he would never be hired today as a white man. He tells me every panel needs to have one woman and one minority on it with no thought for the best person for the job. He says at this point it is nearly impossible for a white man to be hired in a govt position.
I was in a IT meeting at FTP Spftware (long gone) and one of the senior techs said there were too many white guys in the support group. I was the new guy. I said “we’ll miss you”. he didn’t laugh.....imagine that.
Maybe we can claim we are Native American / Pacific Islander and challenge ‘em to prove otherwise?

He’s self hating mollatto. He has always hated his white “half”. It manifests in his preaching of racial division and white/Christian hatred throughout his presidency.
More than that. Once they have the raw data on what everybody is paid, they can provide that to union organizers. Or just post it online to create general chaos.
White women in the sciences (any STEM field) is the foundation of affirmative action. (per the Chroncle of Higher Education, College Board, etc.) IMO they didn’t achieve their position through merit so they see no reason to reward merit.
I HATED that term when I worked in HR...so much so that I refused to really learn it’s meaning...it was the beginning of my realization that HR was just a Govt proxy
Fortunately for me, I was assigned to a section where I basically got a crash course in FDIC operations. I went from a 7 to a 13 in 10 months. My 5 points for being a vet played a big role in being referred.
