Carly’s fatal error was to attack Trump in the first debate. She has steadily gone down ever since. She had the closest background to Trump, with a business background and all. She over estimated her appeal. If she was strategic, she could have been chosen VP.

I mentioned on here where I saw some Trump supporters, or people claiming to be Team Trump on Facebook say they they were done with him after that cheap shot at cruz and they are tired of the childishness. I don’t know if they were trolling or Trump people who stomached all they could. Then Team Trump flipped out wanting to know who what when where and demanding that I give them a link and prove it. Since I use my FB app and are not that tech savvy, I don’t know how to get link from fb app. Someone was helping me, but the mouth breathers just wouldn’t stop. I don’t think I’m going to give it to them when I do figure it out because why would turn them loose to the Trump guys. Sending lambs to slaughter. Lol.

Draft dodging philanderer Donald Trump is a real horrible person but Rafael Cruz, Rubio Sr & Jeb Bush are wonderful people.

That’s not a very good analogy. NO case can be made for the cab stand being more beneficial to the community.
As for price, it seems to me that if the Government (Buyer) and the property owner cannot come to agreement, then the disagreement needs to go to some sort of arbitration, with some built-in protections for both sides, and public, very public, oversight.
(I considered a much longer discussion of possible arbitration processes and guidelines, but realized I’d be up until dawn throwing out suggestions!)
