Agencies Battle Over What Is ‘Top Secret’ in Hillary Clinton’s Emails(WTH?)

Some of the skirmishes over Mrs. Clinton's emails reflect the disagreements in a post-9/11 era over what should be a government secret and what should not. Nonetheless, 22 emails on Mrs. Clinton's server were held back from a tranche made public last week. Those 22 emails were deemed so highly secret that State Department officials in this case agreed with the intelligence agencies not to release them even in redacted form.

How friggin' absurd. Wasn't the issue that she had and used an unauthorized server in the first place regardless of how "top secret" any of the info was? For crap sake. I had an appointment through the Choice program within the VA system and after the first appointment lost my authorization paper work. I called the 800 number to see if I could get another copy and was told they don't email anything externally due to the amount of "classified" information they have on their system. I laughed when they told me that but, no, I'm not getting another copy. I'm kinda thinkin' what hildebeast had on her "system" was probably a little more "classified" than what's on the Choice program system. But they knew it was classified. WTH? Either recommend the indictment and follow through or drop the damn thing. And people wonder why common everyday folks are fed up with the Feds.

It looks to me like Obama and crew have Hillary on a leash and are keeping her there. One word from Obama and she’s indicted, so if she wants to stay out of Leavenworth, she’d better do as she’s told.

Our Fed government is full of traitors to the Citizens. Ironically, they see anyone who calls them on their lawlessness as a threat to this country. Criminals...Traitors.

If it is marked Top Secret (or Confidential for that matter) when you receive it, you have NO authorization to decide that it should be otherwise! To treat it as any level lower than what the protocol for the marked level of classification is to compromise the security of the country.

Unfortunately, Leavenworth is not big enough to hold everyone who needs to be incarcerated there. Maybe that’s why BHO wants to close Guantanamo.

No. That is her narrative and she says it was ok but bad in retrospect and apologized. The more serious problem is that she told someone to send classified information on an unclassified system (authorized or not). In one case "If they can't [get secure fax working]," Clinton replies, "turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure." If that material was classified she would be directing someone to commit a crime. In many other cases she had to know that the material she was forwarding was classified. There was an email released the fall (can't find it now) where she also directed the release of classified information.

I think that would be what the democrats call “a worthwhile investment in the future of America.” ;^)

” ....email released the fall (can’t find it now)...” LOL! I’m sure julian assange has a copy. But, yeah I know and understand what you’re saying about the classification and telling your peeps to remove the headers and send it anyway. Had we even considered doing anything like that when I was working..............BOOM! Lost job and possible criminal charges. And it wouldn’t take two years to put a case together either.

Yes, they are slow rolling her case while she comes up with some new spin with a lot of help from the media. The latest is that everyone did it (Condi, Powell, Bush) so it’s ok.

Again, “they” wonder why Trump resonates with a lot of people. “Fed” up? Uh, yeah. Up to here. And with most “establishment” can’t-i-dates. Of course the hildebeast says she doesn’t know what people mean by “establishment”.

It’s called OCA-the Original Classification Authority. Every classified document has one. They decide what’s classified and for how long. Except for a formal declassification review, they are the only ones who can decide when to declassify.

Consensus has no part. People give up a lot to work in classified environs. You don’t get published. You don’t get recognized. You can’t even talk to your wife about work. The price of freedom means you leave some of yours at the door.

Patience. The FBI is building a case of such detailed magnitude there can be no argument with the conclusions. Hillary and her supporters won’t know whether to shit or go blind.

The tax evasion alone will choke the maggots off the gut pile that is Hillary.

It’s disgusting but I don’t see Soetoro allowing Clinton to be brought to justice. She’s his ticket to sit on the throne at the UN. He’s going to need Clinton in the White Hut so she can force Ban Ki Moon off the UN’s world throne. Barry will then be the emperor of the world.

You have to admire the New York Times’ talent for disinformation. They focus on a few emails, out of 1,300, where agencies disagree. “Agencies Battle over what is Top Secret” - except that for many of the emails - the agencies are not battling at all because they all agree it is Top Secret. NYT spin is that since Hillary is only guilty of 1,290 crimes instead of 1,300, everything is just a big misunderstanding. They then claim that because the “armed drone” program was the subject of news reports “and entire books”, the program is “anything but secret”! What a stinking pile of C*AP. So yes we all know there are drones. But if Hillary gets an email that says “tomorrow we are going to kill Muhammed Abu blah blah in Kandahar at his headquarters on Mosque street”, then this isn’t Top Secret because it relates generally to a drone program about which there have been news reports? HOW STUPID does the NYT think its readers are? ANSWER - VERY VERY STUPID. Then they compare Rice and Powell’s receipt from aides of emails on their personal accounts - “most of the emails were written by her aides” they say, which “is also true of the emails forwarded to Mr. Powell and Ms. Rice. But the truth is ALL of the emails with classified info sent to Powell and Rice’s personal emails were sent by aides. This is NOT TRUE of HRC’s email, ALL her correspondence, most of which was not sent by aides, and including emails to and from the President, were on her personal account. They then quote a Democratic shill who says “the same information .. may receive two opposite classification determinations.” The truth, which you will never see in the NYT, is that the same information, almost always receives THE SAME classification determination, though occasionally there are disagreements. They then cite a few emails where the classification is disputed - but this is BULL, there are hundreds of emails where there is absolutely no dispute about whether it contained classified information. Next time I get a traffic ticket on Wednesday I will defend myself by saying “But I didn’t go over the speed limit last Tuesday, your honor”. Or maybe the Times will write an article about me saying I drove under the speed limit for a whole day so therefore I can drive as fast as I want now.

Hillary set out to ignore ALL laws, codes, and regulations regarding the handling of classified information, by REFUSING to set up accounts on the properly protected systems.

"The latest is that everyone did it (Condi, Powell, Bush) so it's ok."

Of course it is not OK, but the troubling thing is that I do think other officials and congress critters utilize private servers. There is total disrespect for the rule of law by all parties in government.
