How friggin' absurd. Wasn't the issue that she had and used an unauthorized server in the first place regardless of how "top secret" any of the info was? For crap sake. I had an appointment through the Choice program within the VA system and after the first appointment lost my authorization paper work. I called the 800 number to see if I could get another copy and was told they don't email anything externally due to the amount of "classified" information they have on their system. I laughed when they told me that but, no, I'm not getting another copy. I'm kinda thinkin' what hildebeast had on her "system" was probably a little more "classified" than what's on the Choice program system. But they knew it was classified. WTH? Either recommend the indictment and follow through or drop the damn thing. And people wonder why common everyday folks are fed up with the Feds.

It looks to me like Obama and crew have Hillary on a leash and are keeping her there. One word from Obama and she’s indicted, so if she wants to stay out of Leavenworth, she’d better do as she’s told.

If it is marked Top Secret (or Confidential for that matter) when you receive it, you have NO authorization to decide that it should be otherwise! To treat it as any level lower than what the protocol for the marked level of classification is to compromise the security of the country.

Unfortunately, Leavenworth is not big enough to hold everyone who needs to be incarcerated there. Maybe that’s why BHO wants to close Guantanamo.

No. That is her narrative and she says it was ok but bad in retrospect and apologized. The more serious problem is that she told someone to send classified information on an unclassified system (authorized or not). In one case "If they can't [get secure fax working]," Clinton replies, "turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure." If that material was classified she would be directing someone to commit a crime. In many other cases she had to know that the material she was forwarding was classified. There was an email released the fall (can't find it now) where she also directed the release of classified information.

It’s called OCA-the Original Classification Authority. Every classified document has one. They decide what’s classified and for how long. Except for a formal declassification review, they are the only ones who can decide when to declassify.

Consensus has no part. People give up a lot to work in classified environs. You don’t get published. You don’t get recognized. You can’t even talk to your wife about work. The price of freedom means you leave some of yours at the door.

Patience. The FBI is building a case of such detailed magnitude there can be no argument with the conclusions. Hillary and her supporters won’t know whether to shit or go blind.

The tax evasion alone will choke the maggots off the gut pile that is Hillary.

It’s disgusting but I don’t see Soetoro allowing Clinton to be brought to justice. She’s his ticket to sit on the throne at the UN. He’s going to need Clinton in the White Hut so she can force Ban Ki Moon off the UN’s world throne. Barry will then be the emperor of the world.

Hillary set out to ignore ALL laws, codes, and regulations regarding the handling of classified information, by REFUSING to set up accounts on the properly protected systems.

She knew the possibility of getting classified info over her private email server was quite high.

She didn’t care and chose to ignore it.

Although the NYT artfully buried the following many paragraphs down from the beginning paragraphs where they defend Hillary, they finally got to the law.

“According to the law and security procedures Mrs. Clinton agreed to follow when she became secretary, such material should not even have been sent over the State Department’s official but unclassified state.gov server.”
