Once a person is determined to be in the country illegally, they are entitled to a one-way trip back home.

And how do you determine they are here illegally without due process of some kind?

Checking citizenship status is due process. If that fails, there is no due process to follow, unless you have committed a crime apart from illegal entry into the country.

There is no “But...but...[INSERT EXCUSE HERE]!” You aren’t a citizen or here under a visa? You don’t stay. End of story.

On that part we agree - there has to be a process for making the determination.

I read O’Reilly’s appeal to due process as being much more than that, however. He appears to be saying they have full rights as if citizens and/or legal presence. I object to that level of “due process” being applied.
