Back to the subject. You said that those statements were contradictory, and I just don’t see it. How do they contract each other, please explain.

So, one would have to assume that there was some sort of paperwork. He is, after all, in the U.S., that is not being questioned.

There is no point in arguing with birthers. Yes I was in the Army. I did 3 tours in Iraq, but that doesn’t mean I have to agree with a handful of whackjobs on the internet who interpret 2 words, “natural born”, differently than every lawyer and judge in America. Please take Cruz to court and prove me, Mark Levin, the Cato Institute and everyone else wrong. Otherwise stuff it.

Are you saying Cruz is not a Nationalist loyal to the US, or somehow a foreign person?

Are you supporting Trump, accepting his corrupted version of “Conservatism”

Nationalism that is rooted in the Rule of Man an not Rule of Law is Obamunism under a another brand.

It kinda makes me a bit ill when FR is full of people who want to dismiss a candidate on technicalities and not issues.

I think y’all have chosen to be ruled and rejected self government.

And what court case backs up your claim?

If they also meet residency requirements, then it is possible that they are eligible.

“FR is full of people who want to dismiss a candidate on technicalities “

Having a foreigner as U.S. President is a “technicality”?

They remind be of abused women that become so cynical they view a moral and principled man is either phony or weak. They want their pimp.

“It may mean he isn’t even a citizen.
He is definitely not a natural born citizen.”

The courts disagree.

It indicates he was naturalized. That’s what it indicates.

U. S. Natural Born Citizen doesn’t have to be naturalized.

It's an excerpt of the article. The conclusion is logical:

This what it the rest says:

- - - -

"If Ted Cruz was registered as a U.S. citizen at birth, as his spokeswoman claims, then the CRBA must be released. Otherwise, one could conclude that Cruz came to the U.S. as a Canadian citizen, perhaps on a tourist visa or, possibly, remained in the U.S. as an illegal immigrant.

It is the responsibility of the candidate for the Presidency, not ordinary citizens, to prove that he or she is eligible for the highest office in the land. Voters deserve clarification. "

“The question no one will answer as it is the one piece of paper that would have been necessary to establish U.S. citizenship at birth.”

There is no question that Cruz is a citizen - his mother had American citizenship.

Explain how Cruz is foreign.

I’ll listen. I doubt I can convince you otherwise, but you’ll look stupid for the fence sitters. That really is my goal.

Not at all. it fits his persona.
But then of course, you are stuck on your non eligible candidate and can’t see the truth.

Cases ... but a sampling ...

Wong Kim Ark, 169 U. S. 649 (1898)
Montana v. Kennedy, 366 U.S. 308 (1961)
Rogers v. Bellei, 401 U.S. 815 (1971)
Fiallo v. Bell, 430 U.S. 787 (1977)
Miller v. Albright, 523 U.S. 420 (1998)
Tuan Anh Nguyen v. INS, 533 U.S. 53 (2001)

Other than Wong Kim Ark (cited because it shows how the "two types of citizenship" argument is derived, and how it operates), the fact that those cases even exist, depends on the subject having naturalized citizenship (or arguing that they are entitled to naturalized citizenship).

None of those cases would exist if the subject was NBC. A different set of cases illuminates how one can lose US citizenship, and a first premise is that US "natural" citizenship can only be lost by voluntary action. The persons in the cases above did not volunteer to "lose" citizenship (Bellei lost his).

There are hundreds of cases in the Immigration Court books.

https://passportinfo.com/us-passport-help-guide/proof-of-citizenship/

According to the above reference, If his parents neglected to file for a CRBA, Ted can prove his citizenship by showing his foreign BC, his mom BC and his parents marriage certificate.

So there is no question that Ted is a U.S. citizen but is he NATURAL born?

Cruz was a Canadian by birth for being born there.

Though naturalization he became a U. S. Citizen as well.

Not a NBC.

At the time of the Constitution ratification he would not have been a citizen either as the father’s nationality was determinative.

Got it?

Keep reading ... "continuously physically present" doesn't mean what it says. It was amendmed by a later law to be administered as "six months absence doesn't interrupt continuity."

Another legal fiction rears its head!

There is no question that Cruz is a citizen - his mother had American citizenship.

And his father was a Cubanadian, and he was born in Canada. How many citizens is he?
