NAFTA was a bad deal....at least with Mexico. I really have no problem with Canada. They’re at least quality goods.
NAFTA was not only bad deal, it economically gang banged Middle America. It’s what the federation of frauds in D.C. do best.
NAFTA as all trade deals like it are good for the weakest link. That would be Mexico. to the detriment of the US and Canada. We should have one trade agreement with Canada and another with Mexico.
George Bush pushed NAFTA and I recall the trucks on our Interstates were as thick as they are today almost overnight.
I said that very thing about two years ago and got crucified right here on FR. Well, I still believe NAFTA was a MAJOR MAJOR error on the part of our people and now look at what has happened. Foreign countries with far less skilled people are eating our lunch and the problem is WE are PAYING them to do it. Trump is right when he says put a heavy tariff on all incoming goods and equal the playing field.
