Article claims that Cruz' citizenship papers are under seal, and he may not even be able to sit as a Senator.
The fact is that someone, at some point, is going to make Cruz' place of birth an issue, and this is far more meatier than the Obama birther issue.
It will be mentioned more as people learn who Cruz is and of his Canadian issue.

There is no constitutional requirement that Senators be “Natural Born”, so how exactly is it that he is not qualified to be a Senator?

How do we know if this is pure BS? He needs to release his records and clear up this matter once and for all. So, why doesn’t he? He isn’t obama and won’t get away with this crap.

AT CTH an article was linked in the comments to that article included a woman who claimed to have been a neighbor of Cruz’s mother. She gave her name. She said she went with Cruz’s mother when she renounced her US citizenship.
Who knows if this is true or not but it could be found out by someone with the time and money to do so.
Why doesn’t Cruz release all the documents, if he has them, and take this question away....
If he isn’t lying about this then do this and clear the air, he’s going to have to do it anyway, it’s gone on for to long now....
