........and what does he mean by " It's been very STRONGLY decided?" That makes NO SENSE!

I doubt he even knows what Roe is. Damn interviewer asked a trick question just to make Trump look bad.

Well, Trump did propose rolling back Roe v. Wade. Article dated today, I think.

You'd prefer an Obama?

Obama isn't an eloquent speaker either.

I know, it’s almost like they want the election of a president to be like Jesus coming again (with the lion and the lamb lying down together and the little child leading them, etc. etc.)

Me? My first reaction is yeah, Donald just proposed to do what a jillion politicians couldn’t. But then my second reaction is FROM DONALD’S LIPS TO GOD’S EARS... philosophically, Roe v. Wade has been one of the worst American dirges of the 20th century.

Trump kidded (and said so) about appointing his liberal sister to the USSC, but more seriously speaking he has said he likes Thomas. Get enough Thomases in there and maybe we would not be doubting Thomases any more, to make a pun. And that would be a business friendly move too. Businesses don’t like activist courts either. They can’t plan worth a hoot that way.

That’s what I’ve been telling folks too. People don’t care though.

Politicians don’t listen... we hoot at them.
Politicians do listen... we hoot at them.
One would have to be nuts to be a politician. Nobody loves them.

In the words of Lex Luthor:

“WRONG!”

It’s your attitude that we have to accept perfection or nothing at all, not even a step in the right direction, that assures abortion on demand.

What I WANT is for there to be abortions only in the case of the life of the mother. But until we get to that point, I am willing to take every possible step in the right direction that we can get.

Whereas you seem perfectly happy to let children be slaughtered day in and day out until you get the perfection you want.

*Shrug*

Well, in that case, I guess that we’ll just agree on most of this point and then hash out our differences if they ever start to matter.

Whut? NFW. I prefer honesty over pandering. I don’t see turning the law turning back any sooner than making birth control illegal.

Your post #4 should be in BOLD PRINT about thee times the normal size.

As a matter of fact...

God Bless Donald Trump and his family. This guy is running for President with mostly his own money and better yet he doesn’t need this job. He is running selflessly in order to fix the country.

Vote Donald Trump.

Now has he clarified enough about his sister? (He already SAID he was kidding about his sister, and right after that wisecrack too, but no, the incomplete, misleading sound bite keeps following him around.)

I don’t believe him, or his foxhole conversion to conservatism.

Look I like a good number of things I like from Trump, but lately I have had this concern about him, he a is an A type personality that needs 100% constant control of his personal business, and there is nothing in the world wrong with that, he is extremely successful.

My concern is how is he going going to deal with not having one dang bit of control over his personal business for eight years? This may be one of the reason we have not had an extremely wealthy businessman run for the Presidency before. I'm not knocking Trump in any way, I just haven't seen this discussed anywhere.

This will help put some of the smears to rest about him not being pro-life.

Some of his adult children have been taking a lot of responsible positions in his businesses, and they have basically taken over now. From what I hear and read him say, he’s willing to sacrifice being in charge of his businesses to run for president. It’s worth it to him. And I’m glad he made that decision. He will put his energy, experience and expertise into being president and the challenge will no doubt make him completely forget about his businesses.

I’m starting to feel like Archie Bunker every time Meathead won an argument. His response was “I don’t care.”

If it was YOUR life on the line, would you demand “perfection”?
