You’ve got to be a Trump supporter. Thought I’d been called every name there was by his supporters and now I get compared to Jimmah.

No. He. Didn’t.

He was accused of lying. But he hasn’t lied. And you cannot specify any supposed Cruz lie ...

Yes, Theo, please put your tax return where your mouth is. Actaully don't. we respect your privacy more than you respect anyone else's. I don't want to see anyone's tax return. Not even Hillary's.

I agree Andy. As one who believes the entire income tax code is a huge invasion of our privacy, I wouldn't want anyone to have to reveal the tax info. It's nobody's business.

Trump is making good points on insurance competition.

It's the same point Mitt Romney made in 2008. But that's where the similarity ends. After that, Romney said that health care should be a state issue while Trump wants it to be a federal issue. Romney clearly has the more Conservative position over Trump.

I’m pretty disappointed. This “debate” is a fiasco.

CNN lost control long ago.

Rubio and Cruz can’t answer any question without attacking Trump.

Agree - was trying to catch up on this thread for some reason unknown to me because this is a pretty AWFUL way to spend the evening and wife and I were just saying this.

This is mostly embarrassing - really wish the GOP could get a format where we could hear what the candidates think and stop this stupid schoolyard fight format.

Trump says he enjoyed the debate but he looked like he was taking a dump during most of the debate.

The performance of Cruz and Rubio was actually sort of comical tonight. They both just came out with the same old tired charges and statements from Trump’s past that have been thrown around here at FR for months. And thrown around many other places.

Neither Cruz nor Rubio gained any support tonight.

Those who call good men “liars” represent Christ poorly.

I have a difficult time looking at and listening to Cruz. He is so slimy and off putting, just like I have never been able to look at or listen to Obama.

But it’s ALWAYS been that way.
America is expected to take care of other countries to the tune of billions and billions.
We are expected to be the ‘Daddy’ to everybody.
We are expected to be the peace keepers, the breadbasket to the world.
What do other countries do to help those countries who need money?

We are in a desperate situation. Our debt is astronomical.
Our Seniors are practically on starvation due to pitifully low SS.
Our veterans who put their lives on the line to keep us free are suffering.
Our bridges and roads are falling apart.
The list is endless.

We need to cut the handouts to other countries and take care of our own!

Cruz and Rubio sure were not shy when they went on the attack against Trump. Normally they do their dirty work in their ads. Trump forced them to show us how they do their dirty work right at the debate and to Trumps face. I do not think Cruz or Rubio looked very classy tonight.

Yeah, that was intense! I’ve got admit that both Cruz and esp.. Rubio were fighting, but they’re looking at the end of the trail if they don’t.
