WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN THE DEBATE? Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson; U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas; Ohio Gov. John Kasich; U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, and businessman Donald Trump.
WHO IS MODERATING THE DEBATE? Wolf Blitzer of CNN will moderate the debate. Telemundo's Maria Celeste Arrarás, conservative talk radio host Hugh Hewitt and CNN's Chief Political Correspondent Dana Bash will also ask questions of the candidates.
HOW DID THE QUALIFY FOR THE DEBATE? Candidates needed to file a statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission, be actively campaigning for the Republican nomination and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have received support from at least 5 percent of those who attended the Republican Iowa caucuses.
- Have received at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the New Hampshire primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the South Carolina primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent support in the Nevada caucuses.

Trump is only suggesting federal involvement for the indigent, the Medicaid patients and for the Veterans who can go anywhere Medicare is accepted and use their Veterans card to cover the cost.

The U.N./NWO/CNN cabal did a great job preparing Rubio tonight. Just like they prepared McCain.. Then Romney.. Who both lost.
That interview was pretty disturbing. It seems to me like Cruz and Rubio are onboard with the Haley Barbour Mississippi strategy.

Cruz’s campaign has been the dirtiest of all, an undeniable fact. The dirtiest because his tactics have been specifically designed to dupe voters, thru Carson lies in Iowa, voter mailings to scare little old people, etc.. These are undeniable facts.
