Cruz Exposes Trump ObamaCare Lies

One of the most amazing abilities Donald Trump has is being able to lie about his own record and get away with it.

-snip-

Republican presidential contender Ted Cruz cross-examined 2016 rival Donald Trump on Thursday's GOP debate stage,

-snip-

"True or false: you said the government should pay for everyone's health care?" Cruz asked Trump.

"That's false," Trump flatly said.

"You've never said that?" Cruz asked, seemingly surprised by the denial.

"I said it worked in a couple countries," Trump quipped.

"But you never stood on this debate stage and said, 'It worked great in Canada and Scotland, we should do it here'?" Cruz pressed.

"No, I did not," Trump replied

The fact is, as Trump told CBS' Scott Pelley in a "60 Minutes" interview, while claiming he would repeal ObamaCare and replace it with - wait for it, government-paid universal health care:

Scott Pelley: Universal health care?

Donald Trump: I am going to take care of everybody. I don't care if it costs me votes or not. Everybody's going to be taken care of much better than they're taken care of now.

Scott Pelley: The uninsured person is going to be taken care of how?

Donald Trump: They're going to be taken care of. I would make a deal with existing hospitals to take care of people. And, you know what, if this is probably--

Scott Pelley: Make a deal? Who pays for it?

Donald Trump: --the government's gonna pay for it....

-snip-

During the first GOP debate, moderator Bret Baier said to Donald Trump, "15 years ago, you called yourself a liberal on health care. You were for a single-payer system, a Canadian-style system."

"As far as single payer, it works in Canada," Trump replied. "It works incredibly well in Scotland...

Taxes are a BS issue and something that ‘Rats usually whine about. Cruz has not released his taxes either. I wonder if Cruz reported the Goldman Sachs loans to the IRS that he failed to report to the FEC? Cruz is not the one that the uniparty is frightened to death of. They are scared to death of Trump. China and Mexico are also scared that Trump may win. Those are all good things in my book.

the SOLE operative issue is getting rid of anyone associated with the GOPe. The pluses and minuses to Donald Trump pale by comparison to the systematic destruction of our country

As folks try to distract us with the Ted-Mario show or how many donuts Christy ate today, we need to stay focused on the fact that our target is the sell-out collaborationists in COPe. Every one of them.

They paid for usable knowledge they did not get. It was a classic bait and switch con. The “student” enrolled expecting to get some secret real estate investment formula from the great man. However, once enrolled and invested in the “university”, the student finds out that they have to spend considerably more to get the “real secrets” to easy money. It’s only after they have spent considerably more that they discover there is noting there they can use. That’s fraud.

If you can’t get the lie that it is to be all paid for by the government to fly, then you scoff from some different direction.

Truth hurt? Trump has been all over the board on healthcare, saying whatever is in his head at any given moment. The only explanation is that he doesn't have a policy, just a bunch of sound bites.

At least 70% of the American people say they refuse to vote for Trump, at least according to the latest polls and so far, Trump can't even attract half of the Republican voters!

Trump may in fact win the primary but he will do so with less than 50% of GOP voters.

What do you think that portends for the general election, even if there's not a Libertarian or other candidate running?

But when the students start to be questioned about why they wanted that sheepskin, the jig may be up. They too were looking for a leg up with little effort. A paper that said “TRUMP” on it.

It will probably end up in “undisclosed settlement” with nobody admitting anything, and will blow away in the larger political storm.

I see Trump believes the magical mystical “government money,” just like low information voters. News flash Trump-the money comes from the pockets of working people- the government has no money. The more Trump talks, the more contradictory, nonsensical, and unprincipled it gets.

They are really pathetic. They are like prepubescent girl groupies at a Justin Bieber concert.

Pure raw irrational emotion devoid of reason. A perfect illustration of an unfettered limbic system run amok.
