As a Retired Navy Chief who used to work for me always said, “Wish in one hand and spit in the other and see which one fills up first”.

Look time to get over it. Cruz has no path to the nomination. Trump is going to be our nominee and its time to stop listening to the Chattering class and realize he will be just as formidable agains’t Hillary as he is agains’t the Republican candidates. Trump is likely to get 20% of the black vote. He will win a general election in a landslide. You are going to get to see it.

Three of us who believe in economic freedom on this site which is supposed to be conservative?

I should start a list. There has to be more. FR has ping lists for every imaginable subject. I wonder if there’s a ping list for those who believe in the voluntary cooperation of the market economy free of government interference (”free enterprise ping list”)?

And the REASON Americans could not afford to live on three dollars an hour is TAXES, GOVERNMENT SPENDING, and GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE IN THE ECONOMY including MINIMUM WAGE. The last 100 years has clearly demonstrated that inflation rises in direct proportion to the rise of government taxes, spending, and regulatory interference in the economy.

Reagan was absolutely right but how soon they forget: Government is not the solution, government is the problem. Government creates POVERTY and LACK. The market economy free of government interference creates WEALTH and ECONOMIC GROWTH.

Yes, LE. Long story, but out in the county there is nothing. Naturally, crime has gone way up. I don’t have TV so don’t know about shows, no cable anyway out here.

The entire education system is rotten to the core. Thankfully Trump said he would gut the Dept Of Edu. and it should be local control. The idea that every kid should go to college is beyond stupid. Especially considering the pits of depravity and commiepukedom colleges have become. Trade and vocational schools, apprenticeships etc are the way to go for most or at least a simple majority. There is no reason why an 18 to 20 yr old can’t act like an adult with a full time job.

By rhetoric, Reagan was for free trade. In the implementation of policies, he was strictly protectionists. That is why he was so successful.

Can you get it through your head? It is LABOR COSTS that is the reason we are losing our industry.

That why slavery was so much in demand for the previous thousands of years of human history.

Actually, your statement is the reason I keep pulling the dog's tail.

With 1,000 delegates still up for grabs....it seems quite dictatorial of Trump supporters to tell other Republican voters to just "get over it", because unless they vote for Trump, their votes are IRRELEVANT.

For those of us WORN DOWN from being "ruled over" like little peons by the "self-proclaimed" ruling class.......I won't be "bowing down" or "anointing" Trump, (or anyone else), for the Presidency, until the last vote is counted and the last delegate is assigned....no matter how many times people like you or the major media pushes the Borg sounding meme that "resistance is futile".

I'll just stick with the idea that every American's vote "counts" and their voices should be heard........unlike some people here

See how that works?

Yes, it means that the party has not settled on ANY of the candidates so far. And that includes Trump.

Trump has 316 delegates and Cruz 226.

Cruz is only 90 behind and Trump needs another 1000 to clinch.

If Rubio got behind Cruz, they could win.

Trump should not have attacked Cruz or the ticket would have been Trump/Cruz

These numbers look good for Cruz, but the problem is there is nowhere else for him to pick up many delegates considering how liberal the country is.

Well Cruz gets Utah and there are a few states like kansas before march 15.

I realize this morning that the longer this goes on, the more republicans we recruit away from the democrat party.

Not just labor costs, a gazillion other rules, regulations - permits, EPA crap and on and on. In my poverty stricken county for instance, the corrupt county gov adds a yearly tax on all businesses of whatever they have - not just inventory that is for sale, but every single thing used in the business. I’ve seen so many start ups that last a few years and close up. The problem is not just the fedgov although that is the worst problem. A totally corrupt fedgov has a big trickle down effect of rot.

Can YOU get it through your head WHY labor costs are so high? THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!!!

- unconstitutional minimum wage (artificially forced increase in cost of doing business)

- taxes (more of the same)

- tonnage of unconstitutional, dead-end, useless regulations (useless increases in cost of doing business - feeding the useless bureaucratic monster)

- federal protection of unions (why Detroit went under)

- more where that came from - mostly unconstitutional...

Do you also get that while driving our economy into the ground, most of these federal acts are by definition acts of tyranny because they are unconstitutional acts? Again, government isn’t the solution, government is the problem.
