Over the last few weeks, Reverend Graham has spoken out numerous times....

Yesterday, he made a scathing post on Facebook to Mitt Romney. This is interesting for several reasons, but let’s check out his post first.

Said Rev. Graham, “I’m 63 years old and I’ve never seen anything like this. This Republican presidential campaign has not only sunk to new lows, but the Republican establishment seems to be desperate to pick their own candidate.”

Seems to me Franklin is not endorsing Trump, but wanting to let the people vote.

Franklin has also gone to facebook to say he wants the candidates to tone down the nastiness--and that, too, could be construed as an overture to Trump.

I went to see Franklin speak at Tallahassee on the "Decision America" tour. He is visiting all 50 state capitals this year, to urge Christ followers to be engaged. He blatantly speaks out that both parties--Republican and Democrat---have failed their duty to the people.

He is right.

I think he’s already been to Talahassee...seems i remembered reading that a couple of months ago when he was beginning his 50 state prayer at State Capitols.

Franklin Graham has not endorsed but has spoken out in Trump’s defense on numerous occasions including most recently with Pope Francis’ wall comments. I too wish we could have an issue based race instead of all the ugliness.

“I’ve never seen anything like this.. but the Republican establishment seems to be desperate to pick their own candidate.”

Desperate or angry?

The establishment has had their way with picking the candidate in every election since Reagan. They were angry then as well.

Reagan upset a lot of the establishment’s plans and they don’t like it when their plans are upset. It gets in the way of their crony-capitalist money making deals.

Trump is not one of the political insiders and Cruz is bomb throwing reformer. They are not happy with either prospect.

..Brother Graham also recently told the candidates to stop bickering and name-calling.

In addition he said, "There are particular sins that our nation has embraced–homosexual marriage and abortion. I encourage Christians to vote for politicians who stand for Biblical values."

He’s seeing exactly what I’m seeing with much clearer eyes.

Ever since that national Review Issue came out before a single vote had been cast, my eyes have been wide open. With each nasty move the ossified GOPe makes, the clearer it becomes.

For the first time, I can actually state that I feel liberated, unplugged from the ‘Matrix’.

He spoke well. There is too much negativity. The creepiest figure of all is Mitt Romney. Romney seems almost insane in what appears to be his power grab or maybe just mental instability.

Romney was hurt because Trump called out his last election run correctly. His feelings were hurt. He is now striking back.

He loved Trump in his last election run.Could not say enough good about Trump.

And Cruz with his nasty tricks and lies. I doubt Rev. Graham would approve of them at all.

This is not about hurt feelings. It is about the threat Trump presents to the oligarchy. And it is a fight to the death.

I don’t know, but after the tens of millions they spent on his 2012 campaign and how badly he blew it, I suspect the party bigwigs are none too happy with Mitt either, and they may have told him “you owe us” and such. Maybe the implication of “you help us and we’ll put your name in nomination” was enough to motivate him, who knows. But something sure lit a fire where no fire has been lit before.
